北海市合浦县连续5年居民死因监测分析

摘　　要：目的分析北海市合浦县2009—2013年居民死亡趋势、死因特征,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法收集2009—2013年合浦县居民死因监测资料,采用国际疾病分类ICD-10进行编码,运用excel和SPSS 13.0进行统计分析,计算人群粗死亡率、标化死亡率、死因构成、平均期望寿命、潜在寿命损失年（YPLL）等指标。结果 2009—2013年合浦县居民年平均死亡率为575.65/10万（标化死亡率为439.40/10万）,平均期望寿命为77.65岁;慢性非传染性疾病为最主要减损居民寿命的原因,导致的YPLL占总死亡YPLL的58%~69%,;前5位死因依次是恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、呼吸系统疾病、心脏病、损伤和中毒。结论合浦县居民死亡原因构成以慢性非传染性疾病为主,慢性非传染性疾病已经成为影响合浦县居民健康的主要问题,应适时调整卫生资源,以确保广大群众的健康。[Objective]To analyze the mortality trend and characteristic of death cause among residents in Hepu County of Beihai City from 2009-2013,provide scientific evidence for prevention and control measures. [Methods]The surveillance data of death cause among residents in Hepu County from 2009-2013 were collected,coded by using the International Classification of Diseases（ICD-10）,and analyzed by excel and SPSS 13.0,to calculate the crude mortality rate,standardized mortality rate,rank of death causes,average life expectancy,and years of potential life lost（YPLL）. [Results]The average annual mortality rate was 575. 65/lakh（standardized mortality rate was 439.40/lakh）,and the average life expectancy was 77.65 years. The chronic non-communicable diseases were the primary death cause,making up 58%-69% of YPLL for all death cause. The top five causes of death were cancer,cerebrovascular disease,respiratory system disease,heart disease,injury and poisoning. [Conclusion]The chronic noncommunicable diseases are the primary cause of death among residents in Hepu County,and have become the main problem affects the health of residents. It is necessary to adjust health resource to ensure the health of residents.
