大学生对人感染H10N8禽流感的认知、态度和行为

摘　　要：目的了解在出现人感染H10N8禽流感疫情后,南昌市高校大学生的反应情况。方法采用自行设计的调查表,采取集中式调查,分析不同性别、不同院校学生对人感染H10N8禽流感的认知、态度和行为。结果共获得有效问卷486份。在认知方面：大学生对人感染H10N8禽流感的传播途径认知的86例,占17.70%;知道高发季节的71例,占14.61%;知晓预防控制方法的为82.9%～96.1%。在态度方面：74.1%（360/486）的学生认为应＂加强防范和保持正常生活＂,89.9%（437/486）的学生不过分地担心＂自己感染H10N8病毒＂。在行为方面：9.7%（47/486）的学生选择＂取消一切旅游计划＂,8.0%（39/486）的学生选择＂避免吃一切禽肉＂,10.7%（52/486）的学生选择出现临床症状后＂不做任何医学处理＂,约90%的学生能做出理性的选择。结论大学生能够利用网络、电视等媒体平台,掌握预防控制措施,保持正常的生活和学习。[Objective]To explore the college students＇ response to epidemic situation of human infection with avian influenza virus A（H10N8）in Nanchang City.[Methods]The centralized survey was performed by the self-designed questionnaire,to analyze the knowledge,attitude and practice towards human infection with avian influenza virus A（H10N8） among college students in different sex groups and different colleges.[Results]Totally 486 effective questionnaire were collected. In the aspect of knowledge,86 of respondents knew the transmission route of human infection with avian influenza virus A（H10N8）,accounting for 17.70%,71 knew the peak season,accounting for14.61%,and respondents who knew the knowledge of control and prevention accounted for 82.9%～96.1%. In the aspect of attitude,74.1%（360/486） of respondents believed it is necessary to improve prevention level and live a normal life,and 89.9%（437/486） of respondents did not show their excessively anxiety about being infected by avian influenza virus A（H10N8）. In the aspect of practice,9.7%（47/486） of respondents chose to cancel all the travel plans,8.0%（39/486）of respondents would avoid any kind of poultry,10.7%（52/486）of respondents would do nothing when they had the clinical symptoms,and about 90% of students could make a rational choice. [Conclusion]The college students can obtain the control and prevention measures through network and TV,so as to keep the normal life and study status.
