沧州市性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病等性传播疾病的监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解沧州市性病门诊男性就诊者对感染艾滋病(AIDS)、梅毒等性病知识的认知情况,性行为和感染状况,为制定防治对策提供依据。方法依据《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案(试行)》对首次到沧州市性病门诊的男性就诊者400名进行行为学调查,同时采血进行人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)抗体和梅毒检测。结果到沧州市性病门诊就诊的男性就诊者以已婚中青年为主,对AIDS知识知晓率为68.5%;近3个月与临时性伴发生性关系者126人,占34.3%(126/367)。HIV抗体阳性2例,阳性率为0.5%;梅毒抗体阳性7例,阳性率为1.8%;HCV抗体阳性14例,阳性率为3.5%。结论沧州市性病门诊性接收的男性就诊者中有较高比例的性乱史,为感染HIV、梅毒等性病的高危人群,应加强管理。[Objective]To understand the cognitive situation of sexually transmitted diseases（STD）,including AIDS and syphilis,among male clients visiting STD clinic in Cangzhou City,investigate their sexual behaviour and STD infection status,and provide the basis for developing the prevention and control countermeasures. [Methods]On the basis of the national HIV sentinel surveillance implementation plan（Trial）,a behavioral survey was performed among 400 male clients who have visited STD clinic for the first time in Cangzhou City. Meanwhile,the blood samples were collected to detect the HIV antibody,HCV antibody and syphilis antibody. [Results]Most of male clients visiting STD clinic were married young people,and the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was 68.5%. 126 people have had sex with the temporary partner in recent 3 months,accounting for 34.3%（126/367）.There were 2 positive cases of HIV antibody with positive rate of 0.5%,7 positive cases of syphilis antibody with positive rate of1.8%,and 14 positive cases of HCV antibody with positive rate of 3.5%. [Conclusion]The male clients visiting STD clinic in Cangzhou City,who have the previous sexual history,account for great proportion. They are the high risk population for HIV/AIDS and syphilis,and the management among this population should be strengthened.
