摘 要:目的了解健康人群A和C群流行性脑脊髓膜炎(简称流脑)抗体水平,为制定预防控制措施提供依据。方法 2014年对天津市河北区和武清区健康人群进行了分层随机抽样调查,采集静脉血482份,用酶联免疫吸附试验方法检测A和C群流脑IgG抗体水平。结果 A群流脑抗体阳性率为64.32%,抗体平均浓度为8.63μg/ml;C群流脑抗体阳性率为52.90%,抗体平均浓度为4.78μg/ml。0~1岁组A群流脑抗体阳性率和抗体平均浓度均最低,分别为51.67%和5.70μg/ml;C群流脑抗体阳性率及抗体平均浓度均以15~19岁组最低,分别为38.33%和2.86μg/ml,5~6岁组最高,分别为72.13%和7.73μg/ml。各年龄组A和C群流脑抗体阳性率及抗体平均浓度差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。不同接种剂次人群的抗体阳性率和平均浓度差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论这两个地区健康人群流脑抗体水平较低,应引起注意,加强疫苗接种工作。[Objective]To understand the antibody level against group A and C epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis(ECM)in healthy population,provide evidence for formulating prevention and control measures. [Methods]By the stratified random sampling method,482 healthy subjects were selected from Hebei District and Wuqing District in Tianjin in 2014,to collect the venous blood samples. The levels of antibody against group A and C ECM were tested by ELISA. [Results]The positive rate of antibody against group A ECM was 64.32% and the mean antibody concentration was 8.63 μg/ml,while the positive rate of antibody against group C ECM was 52.90% and the mean antibody concentration was 4.78 μg/ml. The positive rate and mean concentration of antibody against group A ECM in 0-1 year-old age group was the lowest,which was 51.67% and 5.70 μg/ml respectively. The positive rate and mean concentration of antibody against group C ECM in 15-19 year-old age group was the lowest,which was38.33% and 2.86 μg/ml respectively,and those in 5-6 year-old age group was the highest,which was 72.13% and 7.73 μg/ml respectively. There were significant differences in positive rate and mean concentration of antibody against group A and C ECM among different age group(P 〈0.05). The differences in positive rate and mean concentration of antibody against ECM were significant among different doses of vaccine(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]The levels of antibody against ECM are low relatively among healthy population in two districts. It is necessary to pay attention to this problem,and strengthen effective vaccination.
