摘 要:本文检测了163例系统性红斑性狼疮(SLE)、29例皮肤病患者和23例其他胶原病患者血中的脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)。SLE血清及血浆中DNA均高于健康对照组,但血浆与血清DNA含量无明显差别。缓解期患者DNA含量低于活动期患者,但仍高于健康对照组。皮肤病及其他胶原病患者血清DNA均高于健康对照组,但与SLE患者血中DNA含量无明显差别。因此血中DNA含量无诊断的特异性。本文再次证明血中DNA含量与病情有关,DNA含量高者比含量低者预后不佳。作者认为用二苯胺法检测血清DNA有助于观察病情及估计预后。The blood circulation deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) concentrations detected in 163 patients with Systemic Lupus erythematosus (SLE), 29 patients with skin diseases and 23 patients with other collagen deseases are reported in this paper. The serum as well as plasma concentration in SLE were higher than those in healthy subjects but no significant difference between the serum and plasma samples in SLE itself. The serum DNA concentrations in resolving stage were lower than those in active stage (P<0.001) but still higher than those in healthy subjects. (P<0.001). Although the serum DNA concentration in patients of some skin diseases and other collagen diseases were higher than those in healthy subjects also, it were no significant difference with those in SLE, so the serum DNA in SLE are no pathognmonic in diagnose. The concentrations of serum DNA in SLE were confirmed again to be correlated with the activity of diseases. The prognose with high levels of serum DNA (>60μg/ml) in SLE were worse than those with low levels (<40μg/ml).
