摘  要:分析了钕铁硼材料电镀镀锌液、镀铜液和镀镍液中检测项目的常用方法,针对方法的局限性,介绍了一些新开发的检测技术。通过对NdFeB永磁材料上电镀所用镀液检测技术的研究,阐明了建立自动提供分析结果的在线分析(on-line)技术,同时依托现有设备开发多元素同时测定的方法,以及建立电镀液检测项目国家标准或行业标准,是钕铁硼材料电镀镀液检测未来发展方向。The common methods of testing categories were analyzed in Nd-Fe-B zinc plating,copper plating and nickel plating solution. Due to the limitations of the used methods,the development of new detection technology was introduced. By studying on the situation of detection technology of Nd-Fe-B permanent magnetic materials electroplating solution,it was expounded in this paper that establishment of on-line analysis technology with automatical supply results,development of simultaneous multi-element determination method depending on the available equipment,and establishment of national standard or industrial standard of testing items of plating solution,were the direction of future development of Nd-Fe-B plating solution detection.
