摘 要:电镀生产涉及电镀工艺流程与工艺参数管控、质量控制、进出库、交付及技术服务等诸多流程的数据采集与应用。目前,这些流程的操作与管理是由基本独立的部门分别完成,数据难以共享,在管理中存在效率低和容易出错等问题。通过对工艺和装备的升级换代,将这些流程的管理和控件智能化功能化,利用网络进行集中控制与管理,将是电镀向工业4.0目标迈进的重要步骤。采用国际流行的RFID技术进行电子化采集和实时在线监管,完全可以实现电镀工艺全流程各环节的产品溯源和跟踪,并通过软件系统可以在互联网上查询及与用户供应商终端查询机方式,在实现电镀生产管理全面控制的同时,向用户提供产品溯源信息查询。Data acquisition and aplication of many processes such as electroplating process and process parameters control,quality control,warehouse-in and warehouse-out,delivery and technical service and etc.,are involved in the electroplating production. At present,the operation and management of these different processes are completed by the basic independent departments respectively,the data are difficult to be shared,so some problems such as low efficiency and error prone often occur in the management.Through process and equipment updating to realize the intelligentization and functionalization of these processes management and control,and carrying out the centralized control and management by using Internet,will be the important step of striding towards the goal of industry 4. 0. By using international popular RFID technology to carry out electronized collection and real-time online monitoring,the product 's source tracing and tracking can be realized completely in whole process and every links of the electroplating process; by Internet query and user terminal gets to supplier through software system,comprehensive management and control of the electroplating production can be achieved,and product traceability and information query can be provided to user at the same time.
