摘  要:目的:使用移动互联网开发技术,针对心血管病一级预防和健康管理工作,构建适合中国人群的缺血性心血管病发病风险评估工具。方法:基于中美心肺血管疾病流行病学合作队列研究已构建的数学模型,使用Java、Object-C、PHP及HTML5等技术,开发针对安卓、IOS和个人电脑操作系统平台的风险评估软件系统,该系统可用于个体缺血性心血管病10年发病风险的预测。结果:成功开发了可运行于安卓手机、安卓平板电脑、iPhone、iPad等移动智能设备的风险评估系统客户端,以及可运行与个人电脑的网站系统,并以"爱心护心"系统的名称,通过软件市场的方式免费上线发布。系统具有冠心病、缺血性脑卒中10年发病风险预测、心脏年龄计算、危险因素分析和健康教育等的功能。结论:所建立的软件系统基于我国学者的权威性研究结果、针对中国人群数据、用户界面友好,可用于健康教育、心血管病一级预防等工作,作为患者危险分级的评估工具。Objective: To develop an ICVD risk assessment tool for Chinese population in the context of primary prevention and health management by using mobile Internet technology. Methods: Based on the mathematic model developed from a perspective cohort study among 9903 Chinese population which followed up for 15 years. Java,Object-C and PHP were used to develop a series of software system for Android,Apple IOS and PC. Results: The developed APP has separated versions both for Android based equipment and IOS based equipment. It was distributed through online App Store for free. A Web site with same functions was online for PC platform. The main output of the APP were 10 years probability of the ICVD,heart age and health educational contents. Conclusions: The APP has a user-friendly interface and based on a risk model that fit Chinese population. It is suitable to apply in the context of ICVD primary prevention and health education.
