摘  要:提出了一种针对座椅动态特性检测的试验台,通过对试验台的组成和工作原理分析,设计了座椅试验台控制系统。该系统以工业控制计算机为核心,依托可视化编程软件LabVIEW为系统软件开发平台,以运动控制板卡驱动试验台旋转和升降伺服电机,通过数据采集板卡驱动伺服放大器和继电器工作,同时对试验台待测数据进行实时采集。利用加载液压缸实现对座椅试验台的动态加载模拟,系统通过设定液压缸不同的工作方式,可实现对座椅的疲劳伺服加载方式和动态冲击加载方式。该系统实现了对座椅动态性能的在线测试,为座椅的结构工艺设计和质量要求提升提供了较为可靠的科学依据。This paper proposes a dynamic performance test-bed for the seats. The control system is designed by analyzing the composition and working principle of test. The system is mainly based on an industrial control computer. LABVIEW developing platform is used to develop system visual programming software and motion control card to control the rotation and elevator servo motor of the test. Data-acquisition card is used to drive the servo amplifier and relay to work, and acquire the real-time signal. Loading hydraulic cylinder is used to realize the dynamic loading simulation of the seats test,the seats performance test system is measured with two modes of loading, servo fatigue impact load and dynamic impact load. The test system is used to achieve online measurement of the seat dynamic performance, and provide a reliable scientific basis for improving the structure process design and the quality requirements for the seats.
