摘  要:研究旨在建立一种测定可溶性粉剂中AC4含量的高效液相色谱方法.采用C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇和0.2%磷酸水溶液(v/v,65:35),流速为1 mL/min,柱温为30℃,紫外检测波长为251 nm.该方法专属性好,具有良好的线性关系,线性范围为0.07~0.13 mg/mL,R2=0.9987,AC4的平均添加回收率为98.45%,相对标准偏差为0.5044%,24h内稳定性良好.该方法操作简单,精密度及重现性生好,可用于可溶性粉剂中AC4的含量测定.This study aimed to establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)method for the determination of AC4 content in soluble powder. Determination was carried out by means of a C18 column with the column temperature at 30℃;The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.2% phosphoric acid solution (v/v,65:35)with the flow rate of 1 mL/min. The UV detector was operated at 251 nm. The method displayed a good performance at specificity. Good linear relationships with high correlation coefficients (R2=0.9987)were obtained when the AC4 concentration ranged from 0.07 mg/mL to 0.13 mg/mL. The average recovery of AC4 and the relative standard deviation were 98.45% and 0.5044% respectively,and AC4 kept stable within 24 h. With the characteristics of convenience,accuracy and repeatability, the method was allowed to be used for the determination of AC4 content in soluble powder.
