摘  要:为了能够更准确地预测拟建户外型变电站的电磁环境,在对拟建变电站进行实际监测的基础上,先依据《环境影响评价技术导则输变电工程》选取类比变电站,然后对拟建变电站与类比变电站进行实际监测,获得其周围电磁环境现状,再从电压等级、建设规模、总平面布置、运行情况及监测布点等方面分析二者类比的可行性,最后采用模拟类比方法预测拟建变电站站界及围墙外的电磁环境。结果表明,拟建户外型变电站站界四周的工频电磁强度均满足相应环评标准的要求,在不考虑变电站进出线前提下,其围墙外的工频电磁强度也均满足相应环评标准的要求,研究结果减少了在变电站附近生活居民的恐惧心理,具有现实意义。In order to predict the electromagnetic environment of the proposed outdoor substation more accurately,firstly the analogical substation is selected according to Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment of Electric Power Transmission and Conversion Projects on the basis of actual monitoring of the planned substation.Then the electromagnetic environment is obtained for proposed substation and analogical substation by actual monitoring.And then the feasibility of the analogy for proposed substation and analogical substation is analyzed from the aspects of voltage grade,construction scale,general layout,running status and monitoring points and so on.Finally,the electromagnetic environment of the boundary of the proposed substation and the outside of the walls is predicted by using the method of simulated analogy.The results show that the power frequency electric strength of the surrounding of the proposed outdoor substation's boundary meets the corresponding requirements of environmental impact assessment standard.The power frequency electric strength of the outside of the walls also can satisfy the corresponding requirements of the standard on the condition of ignoring the outlet and inlet lines of the substation.The results of this study have a great of realistic significance and it is helpful for the residents living near the substation to reduce the fear.
