摘 要:研究了共混参如数转子转速、共混时间和共混温度对由过氧化物原位增容的胶粉(RP)/聚丙烯(PP)共混物混炼特性和力学性能的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜观察了RP/PP共混物的微观结构.结果表明,RP/PP共混物的最佳共混物参数为:共混温度160℃,共混时间7-9 min,转子转速50-70 r/min.在此条件下RP/PP共混物的相容性好,力学性能高,其中拉伸强度高于15 MPa,断裂伸长率超过180%,可以作为热塑性弹性体使用.The effect of blending parameters including rotor speed, blending time and blending temperature on the mixing characteristics and mechanic properties of the ground rubber powder (RP)/ polypropylene (PP) blends which was in-situ compatibilized by peroxide, the microstructure of RP/PP blend was also observed by scanning electric microscope. The results show that the optimized blending parameters are as follows: blending temperature is 160 ℃, blending time is 5 -7 min and rotor speed is 50 -70 r/min. The RP/PP blend prepared under these conditions has good compatibility and high mechanical properties with the tensile strength higher than 15 MPa and elongation at break higher than 180% , which means that it can be used as thermoplastic elastomer.
