中草药免疫增强剂提高蛋鸡免疫力的效果

摘　　要：为研制增强蛋鸡自身抵抗力及提高免疫应答的中草药免疫增强剂提供参考,选用20日龄罗曼蛋鸡800羽随机平分为对照组（饲喂基础日粮）,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加0.1%、0.2%和0.3%的中草药免疫增强剂,进行为期100d饲养试验。结果表明：在基础日粮中添加0.1%~0.3%的免疫增强剂可极显著提高IgG值25.52%~32.43%、IgA值17.19%~24.71%、IgM值32.72%~41.62%,可提高新城疫免疫抗体平均滴度0.95~1.57,提高禽流感H5免疫抗体滴度0.56~0.87、禽流感H9免疫抗体滴度0.80~1.41。在基础日粮中添加免疫增强剂的量以0.2%~0.3%为佳。800Rohman laying hens with 20day-old were equally divided into 4groups（CK,GroupⅠ,Group Ⅱ and GroupⅢ）randomly,and then GroupⅠ,GroupⅡand GroupⅢ were respectively fed with the basic ration plus 0.1%,0.2% and 0.3% Chinese herbal medicine immunopotentiator for 100 dto study the effect of Chinese herbal medicine immunopotentiator on immune function of Rohman laying hen and to develop Chinese herbal medicine immunopotentiator for improving the autoimmunity of laying hens.Results：The IgG,IgA,IgM,average immune antibody titer of Newcastle disease,H5 immune antibody titer of bird flu and H9 immune antibody titer of bird flu of Roman laying hens fed with the basic ration plus 0.1% ~0.3% Chinese herbal medicine immunopotentiator are increase by 25.52% ~32.43%,17.19%~24.71%,32.72% ~41.62%,0.95~1.57,0.56~0.87 and 0.80~1.41 compared with CK respectively. In conclusion, the optimum addition percentage of Chinese herbal medicine immunopotentiator in the basic ration is 0.2%~0.3%.
