山豆根种苗质量的分级指标探讨

摘　　要：为给山豆根种苗的分级与质量判断提供参考,在对山豆根1年生种苗的农艺性状及其相关性进行比较研究的基础上,采用标准差法对山豆根种苗进行分级。结果表明:苗高、茎粗及叶数是山豆根种苗分级的主要指标。山豆根种苗可分成3个等级,1级苗:苗高≥18cm,地径≥2.7mm,叶数≥9片;2级苗:14cm≤苗高<18cm,2.3mm≤地径<2.7mm,7片≤叶数<9片;3级苗:10cm≤苗高<14cm,1.9mm≤地径<2.3mm,5片≤叶数<7片。In order to provide references for classification and quality judgment of S.tonkinensis seedlings,main agronomic traits of the 1-year-old seedlings and correlation among them were explored and seedlings were classified by using standard deviation method.Results：Height of seedling and ground diameter and number of leaf were the main classification indexes of S.tonkinensis seedlings,the seedlings were classified into three grades.Standard of 1st grade seedlings：seedling height≥18cm,ground diameter≥2.7 mm,number of leaves≥9;standard of 2nd grade seedlings：seedling height 14~18cm,ground diameter 2.3~2.7 mm,number of leaves 7~9;standard of 3rd grade seedlings：seedling height 10~14cm,ground diameter 1.9~2.3mm and number of leaves 5~7.
