异甘草酸镁与还原型谷胱甘肽配伍后PH考察

摘　　要：目的考察异甘草酸镁注射液与注射用还原型谷胱甘肽在室温条件下配伍p H的变化。方法根据临床药物配置浓度,测定异甘草酸镁注射液与注射用还原型谷胱甘肽分别与5%葡萄糖、10%葡萄糖配伍后p H变化。结果室温下,配伍液在0h、0.5h、1h、1.5h、2h、4h,p H无明显变化。结论在实验条件下,异甘草酸镁注射液与注射用还原型谷胱甘肽在5%葡萄糖、10%葡萄糖溶液中配伍,4小时内外观澄清,颜色透明,无明显浑浊、沉淀产生,p H值基本保持稳定。Objective To study the PH variation of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate injection and Glutathione injection in indoor temperature.Method According to the clinical drug concentration,the PH variation of Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate injection and Glutathione injection by compatibility with 5% GS and 10% GS,respectively,was measured. Result At indoor temperature,there was no significant variation after mixing in 0h,0. 5h,1h,1. 5h,2h and 4h. Conclusion Under the experimental conditions,Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate injection and Glutathione injection by compatibility with 5% GS and 10% GS within 4 hours＇ mixing are looked clear,transparent color,no obvious turbidity and precipitate,and PH remained stable in the main.
