2型糖尿病气阴亏虚证调查表的信度和效度分析

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病气阴亏虚证调查表的信度和效度。方法采用查阅文献和专家问卷法设计调查表。收集2型糖尿病气阴亏虚证185例患者资料,分析其分半信度、同质信度、内容效度和结构效度。结果调查表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.85,正交旋转后提取5个因子,其因子方差累加贡献率为56.65%。结论 2型糖尿病气阴亏虚证调查表具有较好的信度、效度,是气阴亏虚证的有效测量工具之一。Objective To analyze the reliability and validity of questionnaire of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus of qi and yin deficiency syndrome.Methods Questionnaires were designed by using literature review and Delphi method. Data of 185 cases of patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus of qi and yin deficiency syndrome were collected,the split-half reliability,homogeneity reliability,content validity and construct validity were analyzed. Results Cronbach＇s coefficient of the questionnaires was 0. 85,5 factors were extracted by method of variance maximum with Kaiser Normalization,variance cumulative contribution rate of the factors were 56. 65%. Conclusion Questionnaire of typeⅡ diabetes mellitus of qi and yin deficiency syndrome has good reliability and validity,so it is one of effective measuring tools.
