摘　　要：介绍王祥生主任医师治疗糖尿病肾病的辨证论治及用药经验,王祥生主任认为糖尿病肾病为脾肾亏虚,气虚血瘀致病,治疗时注意分期论治及对症论治,效果显著,举验案1则。The treatment based on syndrome differentiation and clinical experience of Professor Wang Xiangsheng in treating diabetic nephropathy（DN） was introduced. Professor Wang suggested that DN is the syndrome of deficiency of the spleen and kidney and blood stasis due to qi deficiency. Its treatment concentrated on combination of stage treatment and symptomatic treatment,and the effect was significant.A proved case was presented.
