自制中药面膜与IPL治疗痤疮后色素沉着的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自制中药面膜与IPL治疗面部痤疮后色素沉着的临床疗效。方法采用自制中药面膜和M-22王者之心光子嫩肤系统对面部痤疮色素沉着的患者进行治疗,中药面膜组每周3次,4周为一疗程,治疗2个疗程;IPL组每次治疗间隔4周,4次为1个疗程;空白对照组不做任何处理。分别于1个月、3个月、6个月观察疗效。结果中药面膜和IPL治疗痤疮后色素沉着的疗效均较空白对照组有显著疗效,治疗1个月后中药面膜组疗效优于IPL组,3个月和6个月后两组疗效无显著性差异,有效率分别为83.3%和92%。结论自制中药面膜与IPL治疗痤疮后色素沉着疗效显著,且中药面膜起效快,周期短,经济安全,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine masque（ TCMM） and intense pulsed light（ IPL） in the treatment of hyperpigmentation after acne. Methods 253 cases of patients were divided into three groups. TCMM group was given TCMM three times a week within two months. IPL group was given IPL,the interval was four weeks,and 4 times was one course of treatment. Patients in the control group were not given any other treatment. The therapeutic effect was observed after treatment of one month,three months and 6 months. Results The effect of TCMM group and the IPL group was significantly better than that of the control group,1 months after the treatment,the effect of TCMM group was better than that of the IPL group,3 months and 6 months after treatment,the two groups showed no significant difference,and the total effective rate of the TCMM group and IPL group was 83. 3% and 92%,respectively.Conclusion TCMM and IPL is both effective in the treatment of hyperpigmentation after acne,and TCMM takes effect quickly,has shorter period of treatment,and is economical and safe. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
