电针及穴位埋线治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨电针及穴位埋线疗法治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床疗效。方法将80例肥胖型PCOS患者随机分为电针组、穴位埋线组、西药组3组,分别采用电针、穴位埋线、口服二甲双胍治疗,共3个月。观察治疗前后患者的体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、月经情况,以及血清促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)水平。结果治疗后电针组与穴位埋线组各指标比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);3组治疗后BMI、LH、LH/FSH、T、FINS、HOMA-IR较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.05),且电针组与穴位埋线组BMI、LH、LH/FSH、T改善情况均优于西药组(P<0.05);电针组与穴位埋线组治疗后月经情况及WHR水平明显改善(P<0.05);3组治疗前后及治疗后各组间FBG比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电针、穴位埋线疗法不仅能减轻体重,对卵巢功能也有良好的调节作用,在减重、改善月经及性激素水平方面疗效优于二甲双胍,是治疗肥胖型PCOS的有效手段。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture and acupoint catgut-embedding therapy in the treatment of obese PCOS. Methods 80 cases of patients with obese PCOS were randomly divided electro-acupuncture group, acupoint catgut-embedding group and Western medicine group, which were treated with electro-acupuncture, acupoint catgut-embedding therapy and dimethylbiguanide, respectively. After treatment of three months, the BMI, WHR, menstrual abnormalities, LH, FSH, T, FBG and FINS of patients were observed. Results There was no significant difference between the electro-acupuncture and the acupoint catgut-embedding group after treatment （P 〉0. 05）. The BMI, LH, LH/FSH, T, FINS and HOMA-IR in the three groups were significantly improved （P 〈0. 05） , of which BMI, LH, LH/FSH and T in the electro-acupuncture and the acupoint catgut-embedding group were significantly lower than those in the Western medicine group （P 〈 0. 05）. The menstrual abnormalities and WHR were significantly improved （P 〈 0.05） after treatment in the electro-acupuncture and the acupoint catgut-embedding group, and there were no significant difference in FBG level after treatment than before in as well as among the three groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The electro-acupuncture and acupoint catgut-embedding therapy are effective to lower the weight as well as regulate the ovarian, which are better than the dimethylbiguanide in the treatment of obese PCOS.
