美皮康联合疮疡灵粉治疗Ⅲ期压疮的临床护理观察

摘　　要：目的探讨美皮康联合疮疡灵粉对Ⅲ期压疮的临床效果及护理原则。方法选取2012年4月—2015年1月我科52例Ⅲ期压疮患者,将其随机分为美皮康组、疮疡灵粉组、联合组,比较三组的临床疗效。结果联合组临床疗效明显优于美皮康组、疮疡灵粉组,差异有统计学意义。结论联合组治疗Ⅲ期压疮疗效显著,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and nursing principle of Mepilex border combined with Chuangyangling powder in the treatment of pressure ulcers in plage Ⅲ. Methods Selecting 52 cases of patient with pressure ulcers in plage Ⅲfrom April 2012 to January2015,they were randomly divided into Mepliex border group,Chuangyangling powder group and combination group. The clinical effect of the three groups was compared. Results The therapeutic effect of the combination group was significantly better than that of Mepliex border group and Chuangyangling powder group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The combination therapy in the treatment of pressure ulcers in plage Ⅲ has significant effect,and is worthy of clinical application.
