摘  要:应用广义相似原理,对60 t LF椭圆型钢包内的钢液流场进行水力学模拟分析,按正交表安排水力学模拟试验方案,并使用ANSYS CFX11.0软件对试验最优方案进行数值模拟验证。结果表明:钢包的内部钢液流动特征方程为H0=183.654(ρl/ρg)^0.479(H/D)^1.319Fr^0.354W^0.074,修正弗劳德准数、气液密度比、熔池径深比和吹气位置等4个决定性特征数对被决定性特征数H0均有显著性影响;根据特征数方程得到描述此类椭圆型钢包内钢液混匀时间方程式为τ=5.226W^0.074Q^-0.292(ρl/ρg)0.125H1.319;得出最佳底吹方案是短轴0.5R处,吹氩流量控制在6~10 m^3/h。The water modeling analysis of the flow field of molten steel in 60 t LF elliptic steel ladle was carried out by using general similarity principle.The water modeling scheme was arranged according to orthogonal array,and the optimal scheme was verified by numerical simulation method using ASYSY CFX11.0 software.The results showed that the characteristic equation of the flow field in the elliptic steel ladle was H0 = 183.654(ρ1/ρg)^0.479(H/D)^1.319Fr^0.354W^0.074,and the four conclusive characteristic numbers such as the froude number,the gas-liquid density ratio,the depth-diameter ratio of molten pool and blowing position had significant effects on concluded characteristic number H0.The mixing time equation of the molten steel in the elliptic steel ladle was obtained from the characteristic equation,that was τ=5.226W^0.074Q^-0.292(ρ1/ρg)^0.125H^1.319.The optimal blowing argon position was in 0.5R of minor axis and the flow rate of blowing argon was controlled between 6-10 m^3/h.
