摘  要:针对某厂生产的某批次含Ti钢S420MC的伸长率偏低(19%)的问题,采用金相显微镜和透射电子显微镜对其组织和析出物进行了观察,对造成此批S420MC钢伸长率偏低的原因进行了分析,认为轧后冷速较慢、卷取温度过高,导致大量的渗碳体沿晶界的连续分布,是造成伸长率偏低的主要原因。Aiming at the problem that the elongation of a batch of Ti alloyed steel S420 MC produced in a hot rolling plant was low(19%),its micro structure and precipitates were observed using metallurgical microscope and transmission electron microscopy,and the reasons why the elongation of Ti alloyed steel S420 MC was low were analyzed.It was found that the slow cooling rate after rolling and the high coiling temperature brought about the continuous distribution of the cementite along grain boundary,which was the main reason that caused the low elongation.
