摘　　要：研究了一种以煤为骨料的相似材料制成的模拟煤壁,该煤壁由煤、水泥和减水剂混合而成,坚固性系数与煤炭基本一致,并具备煤的层理和节理结构。该煤壁被用于刨煤机工作面成套设备可靠性研究,用于刨煤机工作面成套设备关键零部件在不同载荷情况下静力学、动力学研究,用于全自动刨煤机开采工艺的地面模拟试验研究等。该模拟煤壁的研究为刨煤机的优化、整体性能的提升提供了重要的试验平台。A coal for the aggregate of the similar material simulation of coal wall, the coal wall by coal, cement and water reducing agent is mixed firmness coefficient and coal are basically the same, and have coal bedding and joints structure is researched.
