摘　　要：针对目前煤矿单轨吊机车存在的问题,研制了一种DX80Y型新能源液压直驱单轨吊机车,它采用防爆新能源蓄电池(磷酸铁锂电池)为动力,应用低速大扭矩液压马达直接驱动技术,具有噪音小、无排放、无污染、维修简单等特点,是一种多功能、高效率、低成本的煤矿井下辅助运输设备。该机车经测试,取得了良好的使用效果。Aiming at the existing problems of coal mine monorail locomotive, a new DX80Y type energy hydraulic direct drive monorail hanging locomotive was developed. It uses a new energy storage battery （lithium iron phosphate battery） as the driving force, direct drive technology of low speed and high torque hydraulic motor, has the characteristics of little noise, no emissions, no pollution, simple maintenance. It is a multifunctional, high efficiency, multi-purpose, low cost of coal mine auxiliary transport equipment. The locomotive has been tested and has achieved good results.
