摘　　要：通过与CO2水玻璃砂、呋喃树脂自硬砂两种工艺的对比,论述了应用酯固化水玻璃自硬砂新工艺技术对改善铸件质量、降低成本、节能减排、保护生态环境的意义。In comparison with technologies of CO2 water glass sand and funan resin self-hardening sand, elaborates the technology of ester-cured sodium silicate self-hardening sand. It brings in improvement of casting quality, reduction of emission and is significant for protection of ecological environment.
