摘　　要：目的:评价SBAR模式转运交接表在急危重症患者转运交接中的应用效果。方法:将急诊内科须转运患者152例随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各76例,对照组采取常规转运交接方式,观察组使用自制SBAR模式转运交接表协助转运。结果:观察组转运交接过程中输液脱出/渗漏、压疮、管路脱出、备物不齐的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);观察组转运交接医护人员对交接工作的各项满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:SBAR模式转运交接表有助于规范急诊患者转运交接,保障患者安全,促进团队合作,提高医护工作满意度。Objective：To evaluate the application effect of SBAR Transportation Scale in transportation of acute or severe patients in the emergency department.Method：A total of 152 patients were divided into two groups,patients in the control group（n=76）received routine transportation,observation group（n=76）added with selfmade SBAR Transportation Scale.Result：The incidence of infusion out/leakage,pressure ulcer,tube extrusion,objects insufficient in observation group were significant lower than that of control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,each score of satisfaction items of medical staff in observation group was significant higher than that of control group.Conclusion：SBAR Transportation Scale was helpful to standardize the transportation process,protect patients＇ safety,promote cooperation of medical staff,and improve their satisfaction.
