摘 要:目的了解某刨花板厂的主要职业病危害因素,确定关键控制点,为企业防控职业病危害提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查和工作场所职业病危害因素检测等方法对该项目的职业病危害因素进行分析与评价。结果主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、噪声和化学毒物。检测结果作业场所噪声强度68.4~96.6 d B(A),超标率33.33%;作业场所甲醛浓度0.14~0.59 mg/m^3,超标率14.29%,粉尘、氨检测结果都低于职业接触限值。结论噪声、甲醛是刨花板厂主要的控制因素,应做好职业卫生防护,保护作业工人的健康。Objective To understand the occupational hazard factors,confirm the key control points and to provide prevention occupational disease evidences. Methods The methods of field hygiene investigation and occupational hazard factors monitoring were applied in the project. Results The main occupational hazard factors in the project were dust,noise and chemical poisons. Monitoring results of the main occupational hazard factors showed noise intensities were 68. 4-96. 6 d B( A),exceeding rate was 33. 33%; formaldehyde concentrations were 0. 14-0. 59 mg/m^3,exceeding rate was 14. 29%;detection results of dust and ammonia were lower than the occupational exposure limits. Conclusion Noise,formaldehyde are the key control points,enterprise should be prepared to occupational health protection to protect the health of exposed workers.
