摘  要:目的了解醋酸氯已定复方洗手液的安全性。方法采用不同种类实验动物对其进行急性毒性、骨髓微核、皮肤刺激、亚急性毒性试验研究。结果醋酸氯已定复方洗手液,对小鼠急性经口LD50〉5 000 mg/kg。该洗手液无致骨髓微核作用;对家兔一次完整皮肤无刺激指数为0;亚急性毒性试验,一般生理体征无异常,对大鼠的体重、血常规、血液生化、脏体系数、组织病理学检查均未发现异常,在62.51 000 mg/kg剂量范围内未观察到毒性作用。结论该消毒液属实际无毒级,无致微核作用,对皮肤无刺激性,亚急性毒性试验各指标无异常。Objective To understand the safety of the compound liquid soap of chlorhexidine acetate. Methods Acute toxicity,bone marrow micronucleus,skin irritation and subacute toxicity test were carried out by using different kinds of experimental animals. Results The compound hand washing liquid of chlorhexidine acetate,the acute oral LD50 in mice was more than 5 000 mg / kg. The hand sanitizer induced bone marrow micronucleus; the rabbit dermal no stimulation index was0; subacute toxicity test,general physical signs no abnormal,on rat body weight,blood routine test,blood biochemistry,dirty body coefficient and histopathological examination showed no abnormalities were found,in the 62. 5-1 000 mg / kg dose range did not observe to toxic effects. Conclusion The disinfection liquid is practically non-toxic and has no effect on the micronucleus,and has no irritation to skin.
