摘 要:目的探讨科研亚专业小组在内分泌代谢科病房中的应用及效果。方法根据科室亚专业特点构建科研小组,由1名护士长、1名在读博士和3名在读硕士组成,对31名护士进行科研培训、专题讲座、指导论文写作等。并采用问卷调查小组建立前后护士科研、临床护理能力和科研成果。结果科研亚专业小组建立后,护士科研能力总分由(23.10±6.12)分提高到(28.98±5.05)分;护士临床工作能力总分由(23.82±5.47)分提高到(28.34±5.10)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);发表论文数量、课题立项、外出学习和参会显著增加。结论科研亚专业小组培养了护士评判性思维,可提高护士科研能力,提升自身业务和学术水平,改进护理质量。Objective To evaluate the effect of the subspecialized research team in the department of Endocrinology and Metabolism. Methods A re- search team was set up according to the features of the subspecialty in the department. The team consisted of a head nurse, a PhD candidate and three master nurs- ing students. The team provided training of scientific research, seminar, guided thesis writing for 31 nurses. The outcomes were evaluated using nurses'abilities of research and nursing care,scientifie research achievements. Results After the subspeeialized research team established, the score of the abilities of nurses research increased from (23.10 ± 6.12 ) to ( 28.98 ±5.05 ) points, the score of the abilities of nursing care increased from (23.82± 5.47 ) to ( 28.34± 5.10 ) points ( P 〈 0.05 ) , the number of paper published, research projects siguifieantly increased. Conclusion Subspecialized research team can train nurses ability of critical thinking, improve their professional knowledge and scientific research ability, and quality of care.
