摘　　要：目的总结解放军第3批援助利比里亚医疗队的护理培训经验,为国际医学救援提供培训参考。方法在赴利比里亚开展抗击埃博拉的过程中,对医疗队护理人员开展及时、高效、严格针对性的培训,包括出发前封闭式培训、接管前强化防护培训、实时防护督导及培训。结果 2015年3月13日至5月15日,医疗队共计接诊患者14例,收治10例,护理人员进入角色高效迅速,完成了抗击埃博拉病毒病工作中的护理任务、疫情防控和自我防护工作,感染发生率为零。结论贯穿全程的护理人员专业培训,对成功应对公共卫生突发事件起到关键作用。Objective To summarize the experience of nursing training in medical team to Liberia for fighting against Ebola virus disease in order to pro- vide reference for future training of international medical rescue. Methods During the process of fighting against Ebola Virus Disease （EVD） in Liberia, timely, effective and strict nursing training was implemented, including before - departure training, after - arrival protection training, and taking - over key training and supervisor. Results From March, 13 to May, 15,2015,the medical team to Liberia for fighting against Ebola virus disease received 14 suspected cases, treated 10 patients. The nurses adapted to the new environment rapidly and played important roles in accomphshing the whole tasks,especially in fulfilling the target of zero infection. Conclusion The entire professional training for the nurses plays a key role in dealing with public health emergencies.
