试论肿瘤微环境对中医“癌毒”学说的认知意义

摘　　要：作为围绕肿瘤的系统,肿瘤微环境主要通过局部免疫抑制为肿瘤细胞的增殖生长提供庇护,并为肿瘤的生长提供适当的环境,从而促进肿瘤的增殖转移。"癌毒"学说是由国医大师周仲瑛教授通过对肿瘤病因病机的深入研究提出的肿瘤病机理论,在正虚的前提下,"癌毒"与体内的痰浊瘀血等病理因素互为因果兼夹为病。二者在肿瘤病机阐释上具有一定相似性,中医药对肿瘤疗效确切,但其具体机理扔有待进一步探索,通过对"癌毒"与肿瘤微环境两者间的分析讨论,或许可以为中医肿瘤病机提供新的生物学基础,为中医治疗肿瘤提供科学依据。As a system around tumor,tumor micro-environment can provide the shield for tumor cell proliferation by local immune suppression and the appropriate environment for tumor growth,so as to promote tumor growth and metastasis. The theory of ＂cancer toxin＂was put forward by professor Zhou Zhongying,one of Chinese medical masters,according to his further research into the etiology and pathogenesis of tumor,which is a kind of pathogenesis theory indicating that with healthy qi being deficient,the disease is caused by mixing cancer poisons with such pathological factors as phlegm,fluid and blood stasis. For the certain similarity in illustrating tumor pathogenesis and Chinese medicine＇s accurate effects,the analysis on the relation between ＂cancer poison ＂ and micro-environment may provide scientific basis for treatment of tumor by Chinese medicine for its new proof in discovery of TCM tumor pathogenesis,although needs to be further researched.
