氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂治疗有窦型慢性根尖周脓肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂治疗有窦型慢性根尖周脓肿的临床疗效。方法:选取鄂州市妇幼保健院2014年6月—2015年6月收治的同时患有2颗有窦型慢性根周脓肿患者120例(240颗患牙),按随机数字表法分为2组各60例(120颗患牙)。观察组患者给予氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂进行根管内封药消毒,对照组患者给予氢氧化糊剂进行根管内封管消毒。比较2组患者根管内封药消毒后的效果。结果:观察组封管消毒1次可行根管填充术的患者80.00%(48/60,96颗患牙),较对照组61.67%(37/60,74颗患牙)多,2组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氢氧化钙碘仿糊剂可明显提高有窦型慢性根尖周脓肿封管消毒1次的根管填充率,疗效好,可推广。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of calcium hydroxide iodoform paste in treatment of chronic periapical abscess with sinuses. METHODS： 120 cases（ 240 teeth） with 2 teeth of chronic periapical abscess with sinuses admitted into Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Ezhou from Jun. 2014 to Jun. 2015 were divided into two groups via the random number table,with 60 cases in each group（ 120 teeth）. The observation group were given calcium hydroxide iodoform paste for root canal disinfectant,while the control group received calcium hydroxide paste for root canal disinfectant. The efficacy of intracanal medication with root canal disinfectant between two group of patients were compared. RESULTS： Patients with sealing pipe disinfection for once at conditions for root canal filling operation in observation group were 80. 00%（ 48 /60,96 teeth）,while in control group were 61. 67%（ 37 /60,74 teeth）,the difference between two groups were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The calcium hydroxide iodoform paste can significantly improve the root canal filling rate with sealing pipe disinfection for once during chronic periapical abscess with sinuses treatment,which has a significant efficacy and is worthy of clinical application.
