摘　　要：目的:统计分析中药注射剂在武汉科技大学附属天佑医院(以下简称"我院")的应用现状,促进中药注射剂在我院的合理应用。方法:对我院2012—2014年中药注射剂的品种、销售金额、用药频度、药品平均日费用、排序比、临床各科室的使用情况和联合用药情况进行统计分析,找出存在的问题。结果:存在品种重复、超适应症、无指征用药和联合用药不合理等现象。结论:我院中药注射剂在临床使用中存在一些不合理用药现象,应采取积极有效的干预措施规范用药。OBJECTIVE： To statistically analyze the application status of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）injections in Tianyou Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology（ hereinafter referred to as＂our hospital＂）,and to promote the rational drug use of TCM injections in our hospital. METHODS： The varieties,consumption sum,defined daily dose system（ DDDs）,defined daily cost（ DDC）,ranking ratio,service condition of clinical departments and drug combinations of TCM injections in our hospital during 2012-2014 were statistically analyzed,and then the existing problems were found out. RESULTS： The main irrational phenomenon were variety repetition,ultra indications,no indications of medication and irrational drug combination,etc. CONCLUSIONS： TCM injections for clinical application in our hospital has showed some irrational phenomenon,it is necessary to take some positive and effective intervention measures to regulate the standard medication.
