摘　　要：将本体概念引入自然灾害事件领域,有利于该领域知识的共享和重用。从领域概念、概念属性以及概念之间的相互关系3个方面详细分析了自然灾害事件领域知识,探讨了自然灾害事件领域本体的构建思路,设计了自然灾害事件领域本体模型,并对其逻辑结构和形式化表达方法进行了详细分析。最后对构建的事件本体进行了定性和定量评价。This paper applies the ontology concept into the field of natural disaster events for facilitating the sharing and reusing of the knowledge with respect to this field.The natural disaster domain knowledge is in detail analyzed from the perspectives of domain concept,concept knowledge and the relationships between concepts.In specific,this paper investigates the idea of constructing an ontology for natural disaster event,designs the framework,and analyzes the logical structure and formalized expression for this ontology.The constructed ontology is evaluated in both qualitative and quantitative ways.
