黄芪生络复康丸治疗肘尺管综合征术后30例

摘　　要：目的通过观察黄芪生络复康丸对肘尺管综合征患者术后功能恢复的疗效,探讨其对尺神经功能改善的作用,为该药的临床应用提供科学依据。方法采用随机对照临床试验设计,将60例符合病例选择标准的患者按照随机数字分配法分为治疗组、对照组。两组患者服药前均行尺神经松解前置术,术后第一天治疗组30例服用黄芪生络复康丸,对照组30例术后第一天开始服用甲钴胺分散片,20周后停药。以治疗前和手术后、术后服药8周、12周、16周、20周的主、客观症状的变化作为观察指标,对两组患者的尺神经功能进行对比观察,并对统计学结果进行处理分析。同时对肝肾功能等安全性指标进行检测。结果治疗前两组组内比较显示,两组患者尺神经功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),行尺神经松解手术后两组患者尺神经功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术后、口服药物治疗8周、12周、16周、20周后,两组分别与治疗前相比,结果显示手术及两种药物治疗后均能有效改善患肢尺神经,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组都未发现不良反应。结论黄芪生络复康丸和甲钴胺分散片对促进肘尺管综合征术后功能恢复均有一定疗效。Objective By observing the effect of Huangqi Shengluo Fukang pill in the treatment of postoperative eubital tunnel syndrome, to explore its role in improving the ulnar nerve function, and to provide the scientific basis for the clinical application of the drug. Methods A randomized controlled clinical trial design, 60 patients met the case selection criteria of the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups of patients underwent ulnar nerve before taking the pre-release surgery,the first day of treatment group, and the treatment group took Huangqi Shengluo Fukang pill. The control group of 30 patients after taking the first day mecobalamin tablet, 20 weeks after treatment. In pre-treatment and post-surgery, after taking eight weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks, 20 weeks, as the changes in the objective symptoms observed indicators of ulnar nerve function of two groups of patients were compared, and the results were statistically processed and analyzed. While the liver and kidney function and other safety indicators were detected. Results The two groups before treatment showed that the ulnar nerve function of the two groups showed no significant difference（ P〉0.05）, after the line of the ulnar nerve release surgery patients were ulnar nerve function difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. After surgery, the oral drug treatment for 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 16 weeks, 20 weeks later,the two groups were compared with before treatment, the results showed the two drugs after surgery and treatment can effectively improve the limb of the ulnar nerve, and the difference was statistically significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Huangqi Shengluo Fukang pill and tablet mecobalamin have a certain effect on the promotion cubit tunnel syndrome postoperative functional recovery.The treatment group showed no significant difference compared with the control group. The two had no adverse reactions.
