驻春胶囊治疗绝经后骨质疏松症30例

摘　　要：目的观察驻春胶囊治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法将60例绝经后骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予驻春胶囊口服;对照组给予复方氨基酸螯合钙胶囊(乐力)口服,每天1粒。两组疗程均为6个月。比较两组治疗前后桡骨远端1/3骨密度与临床疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效及止痛效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后桡骨远端1/3骨密度均显著提高,治疗组骨密度提高幅度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论驻春胶囊对绝经后骨质疏松症具有较好的止痛效果,并能有效提高骨密度。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhuchun capsule in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods 60 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Zhuchun capsule. The control group was treated with the compound calcium amino acid chelate capsules, and the control group was given orally, 1 capsule per day. The course of the two groups was 6 months.The 1/3 distal radius BMD and clinical effect were compared. Results The clinical curative effect and analgesic effect of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. The BMD of the two groups after treatment was significantly improved,and the BMD of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Zhuchun capsule has good analgesic effect on postmenopausal osteoporosis, and can effectively improve BMD.
