摘　　要：目的探讨顽固性不寐的病因病机特点和辨治方法。方法通过多年的临床实践,总结出心脾两虚、阴虚内热和瘀血阻络3型进行辨治的方法。结果采用归脾汤、补肝汤合酸枣仁汤和血府逐瘀汤加减治疗顽固性不寐,疗效确凿。结论唐宋教授在辨治顽固性不寐方面有自己独到的用药特点,值得进一步探讨。Objective To investigate the etiology and pathogenesis and treatment methods of intractable insomnia. Methods Through years of clinical practice, we summed up the method of heart and spleen deficiency in deficiency, endogenous heat due to yin defi-ciency and static blood blocking collaterals. Results Guipi decoction, Bugan decoction Suanzaoren decoction and Xuefuzhuyu decoc-tion in treating intractable insomnia had definite curative effect. Conclusion Professor Tang Song has its own unique medication characteristics in the treatment of intractable insomnia, which is worthy of further study.
