摘  要:在纯电动客车的设计过程中,为了提高电机的工作效率和纯电动客车的行驶里程,对动力传动系统进行了参数匹配。提出了采用固定速比主减速器与两档变速器的两种动力传动方案,并以行驶里程为目标,整车动力性要求为约束,采用遗传算法对传动系统的速比进行了优化。应用MATLAB/Simulink建模,进行了CYC_ECE_EUDC循环工况仿真。仿真结果表明:加装了两档变速器的纯电动客车在动力性满足要求的情况下,行驶里程提高了21.3%。In order to improve the motor operation efficiency and the driving range of pure electric passenger vehicle,the parameter was matched for the power transmission system in the design process of pure electric passenger vehicle. Two kinds of different power transmission schemes( fixed gear ratio and two-speed) were proposed. Taking the driving range as the objective and the dynamic performance requirements as the constraints,the speed ratios of the transmission system were optimized with genetic algorithm. Models were made by MATLAB / Simulink and the driving cycle was simulated for CYC_ECE_EUDC. The results show that on the condition of meeting the requirements of the power performance,the driving range is extended by21. 3% for the pure electric passenger vehicle equipped with two-speed transmission.
