摘　　要：新泰市人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科,始终本着与时俱进的发展理念,根据学科动态和社会需求,适时调整和发展自身,采取营造和谐科室文化、加强人才专业培养、购置先进诊疗设备、提高医患沟通能力等,科室建设的主要路径,不断提高科室建设水平,使之成为在区域内具有一定影响力的临床重点特色专科。Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in Xintai People＇s Hospital has always been in line with the development philosophy of keeping pace with the times, timely adjusts and develops itself according to dynamic discipline situation and social needs, constantly improves department construction by creating harmonious department culture, strengthening professional training for talents, purchasing advanced equipment for diagnosis and medical treatment and improving doctor-patient communication. And now the Department has been a key clinical specialty with a certain influence in the area.
