摘　　要：通过JCI认证,全面梳理和建立了健全的患者权利保护制度,构建切实可行的患者权利保护流程,在已有做法基础上进一步拓展和外延患者及家属的应有权利,探索出符合国情和医院实际的患者权利保护模式,真正实现以患者为中心,为新时期医院服务管理提供新思路。With JCI authentication,perfect protection system for patients＇ rights is comprehensively established and feasible protection process for patients＇ rights structured. On the basis of exiting practice,due rights of patients and their family members are further developed and extended,protection mode for patients＇ rights consistent with our national circumstances and practical situation in hospitals is sought out to provide a newtrain of thought for hospital service management centering patient orientation in the newtimes.
