区域性病理诊断中心建设模式分析

摘　　要：临床病理被誉为诊断中的"金标准"。和其重要地位形成鲜明反差的是,全国各级医院病理科或多或少均面临着"医师招不到,平台建不起,诊断难保障"的现实困局。为此,宁波市于2011年在全国成立首个区域性临床病理诊断中心。笔者通过公共管理学的视角,剖析造成病理科困局形成的原因,并就区域性病理诊断中心建设模式进行分析和阐述。Clinical pathology is called＂golden standard＂. Contrast to the status,difficulties of the lack of doctors,failure of platform establishment and the lower qualified diagnosis exist in all levels of departments of pathology around the country. Therefore,the first regional pathological diagnosis center was built in Ningbo,Zhejiang Province in 2011. From science of public management,the authors analyze the causes for the dilemma,and comment on the construction model of regional pathological diagnosis center.
