多学科协作诊疗门诊管理模式现状分析

摘　　要：随着医学学科的不断细分,传统的诊疗模式存在的自身局限性,容易造成患者盲目就医和多次往返就医。多学科协作诊疗已成为国际医学领域积极倡导的重要医学新模式,其能给患者提供更加全面、针对的诊疗,综合性医院开展多学科协作诊疗势在必行。笔者通过对上海新华医院的多学科协作诊疗门诊服务管理模式现状进行分析,总结运行模式的得与失,为我国今后多学科协作门诊诊疗的发展提供依据。With the subdivided medical disciplines,traditional model of diagnosis and treatment shows its own limitations,which resulted in the fact that patients blindly seeking medical treatment or frequent and repetitive visits to doctors. M ultiple-discipline coordinated diagnosis and medical treatment has been a newmedical mode advocated in international medical field,which provides the patients more comprehensive and more targeted diagnosis and medical treatment. It is imperative to practice multiple-discipline coordinated diagnosis and medical treatment. The authors analyze outpatient service management characterized by multiple-discipline coordinated diagnosis and medical treatment in Shanghai Xinhua Hospital,and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the operation model,which provides the base for the future development of multiple-discipline coordinated diagnosis and medical treatment in China.
