摘　　要：目的评价护理干预对康复期精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法选取门诊康复期精神分裂症患者116例并随机分为2组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上给予干预。比较2组患者护理干预前后的康复状态量表(MRSS)和社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分。结果护理干预后,研究组患者的MRSS、SDSS评分明显低于对照组。结论护理干预有利于康复期精神症分裂患者的心理康复,改善患者的社会功能。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients.Methods A total of 116 schizophrenia patients were selected and randomly divided into a research group and a control group,each of 58 cases.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was provided with nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Before and after nursing intervention,the two groups were evaluated using the morningside rehabilitation status scale（MRSS）and social disability screening schedule（SDSS）.Results After the intervention,the MRSS and SDSS scores of the research group were significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion The nursing intervention has good effect on the psychological rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients and improve their social functions.
