不同摩擦配副干湿条件下丁苯橡胶的摩擦学行为研究

摘  要:研究了丁苯橡胶与钢材、Al_2O_3和AlTiN硬质涂层摩擦副在2种条件下(即干摩擦和水环境中)的磨耗性能。结果表明,钢材摩擦副与丁苯橡胶的磨耗为卷曲磨耗,AlTiN摩擦副和Al_2O_3摩擦副分别与丁苯橡胶的磨耗主要以磨粒磨耗为主。在干摩擦条件下,Al_2O_3摩擦副和AlTiN摩擦副分别与丁苯橡胶产生的磨耗质量相近,并远高于钢材摩擦副产生的磨耗质量。在水环境中,3种摩擦副分别与丁苯橡胶产生的磨耗质量由大到小依次为Al_2O_3>AlTiN>钢材。Al_2O_3摩擦副和钢材摩擦副分别与丁苯橡胶在水环境中的磨耗质量高于其相应干摩擦条件下的磨耗质量,而AlTiN摩擦副产生的磨耗质量略低于其干摩擦条件下的磨耗质量。The abrasion performance of styrene-butadiene rubber was studied with different frictionpairs of the steel,Al2O3 and AlTiN hard coatings in atmosphere and water environment.The results showed that the wear mechanism of styrene-butadiene rubber was curling wear for the steel friction pair,but it was abrasive wear for the Al2O3 and AlTiN coatings.In dry friction condition,the wear mass of styrene-butadiene rubber with Al2O3 pair was similar to that of AlTiN pair,and it was much higher than that of the steel.In water environment,the wear mass of styrene-butadiene rubber with different friction pairs was from big to small in turn for Al2O3,AlTiN and steel pairs.The wear mass of styrene-butadiene rubber with Al2O3 and steel pairs in water environment was higher than that at atmosphere,but the wear mass for AlTiN pair was lower than that at atmosphere.
