品管圈在急诊护理文书改进中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动对降低急诊抢救室护理文书书写不合格率的作用。方法成立“先锋圈”，运用一系列品管工具查找并降低抢救室护理文书书写不合格的发生率。结果有形成果：抢救护理文书不合格的发生率由对策实施前的34．67％降至3％，抢救护理文书书写时间由对策实施前的平均13．53min降至平均4．55min，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。无形成果：圈员在品管手法应用、责任感、沟通能力、团队精神、护理品质改善、积极性6个方面得到显著提高。结论开展品管圈活动不仅提高了文书记录的工作质量与效率，还可以提升圈员的团队精神和质量持续改进能力。Objective To discuss with the effect of quality control circle （QQC） activity on reducing the unqualifi ed rate of emergency room nursing records. Methods The ＂ pioneer circle＂ was being set up and a series of quality management tools were used to find and improve the unqualified nursing records. Results Tangible results： after the implementation of QCC, the nursing records unqualified rate was reduced from 34.67% to 3%. The writing time for rescue nursing record was cut down from 13.53 minutes to 4.6 minutes on average. The differences had statistical significance （P〈0.05） . Intangible results ： these six aspects, namely, the QCC application, responsibility, communication skills, team spirit, the quality of nursing care and enthusiasm were improved remarkably. Conclusion Carrying out the QCC activities can not only improve the quality and efficiency of the records work, but also enhance the ability of teamspirit and the continuous improvement of the quality.
