摘  要:以8个苜蓿雄性不育(株)系、4个苜蓿品种为杂交亲本,通过不完全双列杂交组配32个组合,对组合产量相关性状及其影响因子、营养品质性状进行优势分析,结果表明,干草产量与产量构成因子的回归方程为:Y=-41.9807+0.1996X1+1.7589X2+0.3159X3+2.3152X4,分枝数和节间数是影响干草产量的主要性状;通过对杂交组合的超高亲优势和聚类分析筛选出高产组合2×Ⅱ、2×Ⅲ、10×Ⅳ、12×Ⅰ,结合营养品质进行综合分析筛选出高产优质组合2×Ⅱ,其干草产量为43.85g/株、粗蛋白质含量24.07%,超亲优势和竞争优势分别为23.79%、18.22%。Eight alfalfa male sterile lines and four alfalfa materials with better characters were used as female and male parent,32 hybridization combinations were made using incomplete diallel cross design(NCII).Forage yield and its influence factors,nutritional quality of hybrid combinations were analyzed,The main results were as follows:Regression equation of hay yield with yield component factors was Y=-41.9807+0.1996X1+1.7589X2+0.3159X3+2.3152X4,branch and node number was the main characters influencing the hay yield;2×Ⅱ,2×Ⅲ,10×Ⅳ,12×Ⅰ were selected forhigh yield combination by over high-parent advantage and cluster analysis,2×Ⅱ was selected for high yield and high quality combination by nutritional quality analysis.Hay yield was 43.85g/individual,crude protein was 24.7%,over high-parent advantage and competitive advantage were 23.79% and 18.22%respectively.
