摘  要:以"长江2号"、"特高"、"F4N"3个多花黑麦草品种为材料,研究不同氮肥水平对多花黑麦草产量和品质的影响。结果表明,多花黑麦草的株高随施氮量的提高显著增加(第2茬除外);各品种前三茬的产量均随施氮量的增加而增加,但300kg/hm2与450kg/hm2施氮水平下的产量差异不显著(第2茬除外),二者均显著高于150kg/hm2施氮水平的产量。多花黑麦草的粗蛋白(CP)和粗脂肪(EE)含量均随施氮量的增加而增加,各处理间CP含量差异极显著。可溶性碳水化合物(WSC)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和中性洗涤纤维(NDF)含量均随施氮量的增加而降低,且各氮肥水平下的WSC含量差异极显著,中、高施氮水平下的NDF含量均极显著低于低氮水平。施氮量及品种与氮肥水平互作效应对多花黑麦草的CP、NDF和ADF含量的影响极显著。因此,从产量和品质及肥料成本综合考虑,3个品种多花黑麦草均以施用300kg/hm2纯氮较好,"长江2号"多花黑麦草在该区的表现优于"特高"和"F4N"。To make full use of forage resources in Southwest China,the effect of different nitrogen levels on yield and quality of Italian ryegrass(Lolium multiflom Lam.)were studied.Three Italian ryegrass varieties("Yangtze River NO.2","Te Gao"and "F4N")were chosen as the materials.The results showed that,the plant height of Italian ryegrass was significantly increased with nitrogen fertilizer level(except for the second mowing);the yield of prior three mowing were increased with the increase of nitrogen level in three varieties,but there was no significant difference between the nitrogen level of300kg/hm2 and 450kg/hm2(except for the second mowing),both of which were significantly higher than that of 150kg/hm2 nitrogen level.The content of crude protein(CP)and ether extract(EE)were increased with the increase of nitrogen level,and the difference of CP content among nitrogen levels were significant.The content of water soluble carbohydrate(WSC),acid detergent fiber(ADF)and neutral detergent fiber(NDF)were decreased with the increase of nitrogen level,and the difference of WSC content among nitrogen levels were significantly,and the NDF of medium(300kg/hm2)and high nitrogen(450kg/hm2)levels were significant lower than that of the lower nitrogen level(150kg/hm2).The content of CP,NDF and ADF were significantly affected by the nitrogen level and the interaction effect between variety and Nitrogen level.Thus,from yield,quality and the fertilizer cost consideration,the application level of 300kg/hm2 pure N was better for three Italian ryegrass varieties,and the performance of"Yangtze River No.2"was better than that of"Te Gao"and"F4N"in this area.
