摘　　要：乙型肝炎是一种严重危害人类健康的传染病,慢性乙型肝炎有可能发展成为肝硬化甚至肝癌,乙型肝炎已经成为全球性的严重卫生问题。至今,尚无特效药物用于治疗乙型肝炎病毒携带和乙型肝炎,因而,研制并应用乙型肝炎疫苗来预防乙型肝炎和治疗乙型肝炎病毒携带者以及乙型肝炎病人有着重大意义。本研究对国内外预防性乙型肝炎疫苗和治疗性乙型肝炎疫苗的研究与应用进展进行综述。Hepatitis B is a serious disease which is harmful to human health. It may develop into liver cirrhosis and liver cancer. Hepatitis B has become a serious health problem in the world. So far, there is no specific drug for the treatment of hepatitis B virus carrier and hepatitis B, so it is important to develop and apply the hepatitis B vaccine to prevent and treat hepatitis B virus carriers and hepatitis B. This article reviews the progress of research and application of hepatitis B prophylactic vaccine and hepatitis B therapeutic vaccine in China and abroad.
