医护一体化护理模式在预防剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨医护一体化护理模式在预防剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓形成（DVT）中的应用方法及效果。方法：将2012年3月～2013年5月行剖宫产手术的55例产妇作为对照组,术后采取常规护理方法;将2013年6月～2014年7月行剖宫产手术的61例产妇作为观察组,术后采取医护一体化护理模式。比较两组产妇术后下肢DVT、下肢肿胀和疼痛、肺栓塞发生率,产妇平均住院时间及对护理的满意度。结果：观察组下肢DVT、下肢肿胀及疼痛、肺栓塞发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）,产妇平均住院时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）,对护理的满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：医护一体化服务模式避免了护士因医学知识和工作能力差异而影响医疗质量,提高了患者满意度,减少了住院时间、降低了产妇下肢DVT发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To explore the application method and effect of the integrated nursing model in the prevention of deep venous thrombosis（ DVT） of lower extremity after cesarean section. Methods： 55 puerperae undergoing cesarean section from March 2012 to May2013 were taken as the control group and the patients in this group were given routine nursing care after operation; other 61 puerperae from June 2013 to July 2014 were taken as the observation group and the patients in this group were provided the integrated nursing model. The incidence of postoperative DVT of lower extremity,swelling and pain and pulmonary embolism,the average length of stay in hospital and the satisfaction rate of nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results： The incidence of postoperative DVT of lower extremity,swelling and pain and pulmonary embolism in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）;the average length of stay in hospital was significantly shorter in the observation group than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）; the satisfaction rate of nursing care was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Application of the integrated nursing model can improve puerpera satisfaction,shorten hospitalization time and reduce the incidence of DVT of the lower extremity of the puerperae.
