摘 要:通过对平安矿皮带巷破坏特点及原因分析,提出了及时支护和采取合理支护强度的措施。对于软弱岩体,锚杆预紧力是提高支护强度的关键。采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对不同预紧力锚杆在软岩巷道中的支护效果进行了分析,从巷道围岩应力和塑性区的角度对平安矿皮带巷支护方案进行了优化选择。实践表明,采用及时、合理的支护方案可以有效控制巷道围岩的稳定,可为其他类似巷道支护提供借鉴意义。Through the analysis of belt roadway damage feature and reason in Ping’an Mine, immediate support and reasonable support strength were put forward. As for weak and soft rock body, pretension anchor bolt was the key to improve support strength. The support effect of different pretension anchor bolt was analyzed, the support plan of belt roadway in Ping’an roadway from roadway surrounding rock stress and plastic zone angle was chosen. The practice showed that the immediate and reasonable support could ensure the stability of roadway surrounding rock and the technology provide reference for support in similar roadway.
